Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Service Manager for two new Supported Living services opening in Banbury & Bicester, Oxfordshire.

If you are a proven Manager looking for a new, positive and rewarding role, then join them - a national charity with a 50-year history of providing personalised support services to over 800 people in a variety of settings.

This exciting role will have the unique opportunity to lead and manage a team to support 10 individuals who will be transitioning into their new homes across the two locations. 

Duties include:

Empowerment - Manage, empower and lead a team to ensure a sustainable, quality person-centred service is provided,
Development –Recruit, train and motivate staff and volunteers to deliver a quality service. Engage with the community and develop ways to increase the independence & opportunities of the people we support,
Management – Accountable for quality, compliance and financial requirements of the service, and successfully working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. CQC), to achieve objectives using best practice guideline

What we look for in our Service Managers:

Level 3 diploma/ NVQ in Health and Social Care & a Management Qualification
Proven knowledge of person centred approaches, regulatory frameworks and relevant statutory legislation
Passion for leading positive change and delivering a quality, person-centred service
Empathetic, understanding and caring attitude
Commitment to transforming lives and promoting the rights of people with disabilities.
