Anti-social Behaviour Caseworker
Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire
37 hours per week
£26,561 - £29,512 pa

Our client is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing over 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex.  Their mission is to build a range of homes for social rent, private rent and shared ownership to counteract the local housing crisis and shortage of homes in the area.
Can you help us make a difference?

Our client is seeking an experienced caseworker to join the Safer Communities Team and work in partnership with residents and key agencies to reduce and prevent anti-social behaviour and manage other breaches of tenancy.

You will manage your own caseload but will very much be part of a team.  Competent at dealing with both victims and perpetrators, you will have sound knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation and guidance, excellent communication skills, a customer focused approach and an understanding of the importance of both supportive intervention and tenancy enforcement.  Good interpersonal, prioritisation and influencing skills as well as a creative, problem solving approach are key in this role. Use of a car is essential and you will be required to undertake a DBS check and police vetting.

This role is open to flexible working arrangements.  We offer a competitive benefits package including generous leave entitlements and a personal pension scheme.  We believe in the benefits of diverse workforce and strongly welcome applications from those currently under-represented in the organisation, including LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) people, people with disabilities and people from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds.
