Challenge Partners was established in 2011 to be a partnership of schools working together to achieve more collectively than any could alone. Our aim is to enhance the life chances of all children, especially the least advantaged, through enabling schools to work together to improve. Through our practitioner-led network, we identify and share the knowledge, skills and practices of the highest performing to help drive improvement.
As a highly successful social enterprise with a sustainable business model, Challenge Partners has grown rapidly since its formation, with results of pupils in partner schools consistently improving faster than the national average.
Salary competitive, dependent on experience
With our founding Chief Executive retiring from the role, we are looking for a leader who can tune into our values and provide the leadership to enable us to grow further while maintaining the quality of our work. With a strong network of schools already, effective programmes in place and a financially sustainable model, we are well placed to extend our reach further.
We are looking for someone with drive, energy and the ability to build teams and draw on the expertise of others, combined with a good strategic sense and the ability to spot opportunities and capitalise on them. We need an engaging leader who can establish credibility with a range of senior stakeholders whilst bringing experience of developing sustainable business models and scaling an organisation for growth. A track record of working to an ethical imperative, whether in education or elsewhere, will be essential.
