Position: Assistant Regional Manager

Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £25,196.81 to £28,444.41 per annum

They have an opportunity for an experienced professional who possesses the right skills to become part of their regional management team. 

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Operations and Regional Director, the Assistant Regional Manager will be responsible for a team of coordinators across the region. Working as part of the regional management team you will play an important role in the maintenance, quality and development of their services, whilst ensuring staff and volunteers are supported. 

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a track record of working in a proactive and flexible way with the skills to remotely manage and supervise a team of staff. 
Ideally you will have experience of management and service delivery within the Health & Social Care sector or a similar environment. 

The successful applicant will be based in Bromsgrove with the role requiring regular travel across the region. 

Excellent IT skills are essential and you must have a clean driving license.
