Member Services Coordinators – two posts: Volunteering & Member Engagement and Education & Workforce
OxFed, the not-for-profit GP Federation for Oxford city, is committed to strengthening Primary Care and supporting NHS General Practices. To enable our ambition, we are looking to further build our Member Services team with two new exciting Coordinator roles, each with a focus on different areas of our work: Volunteering & Member Engagement and Education & Workforce Development.
If you would enjoy working as part of a friendly and agile team in a fast moving health care organisation, and you have a flair for communications and good digital and organisational skills, then OxFed could be the place for you!
While some experience of membership communications, health care, training, education or volunteer management would be helpful, we are more interested in finding self-starters who enjoy working with people, are passionate about delivering great service and have a flexible approach to work where they are willing to learn.
For a detailed description of each role including their key priorities, responsibilities and the skills and experience we are seeking, please see the individual role profiles.
Please note we will be running a combined selection board for both roles so you may apply for one or both with the same application form. Please indicate if you have a preference for one or other of the roles as part of your application.
Hours: 22.5 hrs and 30 hrs respectively
Contract: Fixed term until March 2018 with option to extend
Applications must be submitted no later than 09:00 on 21st September 2017. Please include a current CV with the application.
If you do not hear from us after this date, your application will not be taken any further at this stage.
Interviews will take place on 3rd and 4th October 2017. Please let us know your availability on application.
