Our client is one of the largest international charities working to promote and deliver philanthropy and social investment, and supports growth in the charitable sector. They also provide day-to-day banking needs designed specifically for charities.
The overall purpose of this role is to implement a marketing strategy and communications plan to meet overall business objectives. Day to day responsibilities will be to deliver marketing campaigns, including online, offline and events as well as researching target audiences to generate customer insight. Working closely with the fundraising team you will work on digital marketing campaigns to deliver inspiring and compelling content. In addition, you will liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered within the targeted time-frame. You will also be directly responsible for managing one member of staff.
The successful candidate must have substantial marketing experience across the whole marketing mix including digital, print, and events, with excellent knowledge of content management systems, email service providers and search marketing. It is essential to have previous experience of implementing marketing strategies and budgets including line management experience.Â This role is ideally suited to someone who is a strategic thinker with knowledge of reporting on ROI. You must have excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
