Our client's Adventure Playgrounds provide an opportunity for stimulating and inclusive play on a closed access site.

Through effective site management the Playground Manager will deliver a high quality, safe, person centred play service for disabled children, young people and their families.

Title: Playground Manager
Location: Wandsworth, London
Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role

Hours: 36 per week
Salary: £32,198 - £35,189

Role Description: 
You will manage a large specialist adventure playground in Wandsworth. In order to achieve this you will be supported by a deputy manager and sessional play workers.

You will ensure that the people accessing the playground are assessed and appropriately supported; that the play workers are trained and supported at work; and that you ensure the playground adheres to health and safety regulations.

You will have a strong ethos in the values of play and be a good communicator with the people who use the service and external agencies.

The playground is registered with OFSTED.
