Innovation Project Manager (maternity contract)
Prospectus is delighted to be working with a leading environmental campaigning organization as they enter an exciting new period of change. They are seeking an Innovation Project Manager to support them with new product development. This role is a maternity contract, fixed for 12 months.
This is a key role for the organization; the post holder will be responsible for engaging new supporters and ensuring the brand and message is seen by as wide an audience as possible. You will lead on product development and innovation, overseeing the full cycle from concept to delivery. Additionally you will create and monitor budgets and product performance, making recommendations for changes when required. This is a very collaborative role, and you will work with other teams to ensure the supporter is placed at the heart of everything the organization does.
You will have previously delivered successful and innovative product development, managed budgets and utilised analytical data to drive strategy. With the confidence and ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, you will enjoy building connections with a variety of people. Exceptional communication and database skills are also required.
