Do you have proven experience in providing strong leadership management along with experience of contributing to organisational change?
An exciting fixed term contract will be available to start mid-September as an Operations Manager for a leading disability organisation based in the city.
In this role, you will be accountable for the strategic performance, management, delivery and development of the organisations activities and will involve a high level of planning, influencing and delegation to ensure decisions made are aligned to the organisations strategy.
You will be working to support national media and campaigning activities along with developing and maintaining liaison and working relationships with key commissioning bodies and individuals.
With a budget of one million-pound your experience of developing and managing annual/complex budgets, monitoring and analysis of expenditure, monthly reporting and reforecasting is key. You will work closely with service managers and regional accountants to ensure all financial policies are followed.
From a previous role you will also have an understanding of the legislative framework for the delivery of care and related services including health and safety, data protection, safeguarding and Mental Capacity Act.
