Financial Health Trainer
We are looking for an enthusiastic and digitally skilled trainer to help us build content and deliver our financial health training programmes. This role will work with our Financial Health Learning Manager and other members of the team to identify new training needs, and design, produce and deliver training for intermediaries and end beneficiaries as our grant and contractual commitments require.
The role requires experience of writing and delivering e-learning and using social media as a learning tool to be able to:
- Design and deliver digital and face-to-face training programmes for staff and volunteers in any sector wishing to support people's financial health.
- Design and deliver digital and face-to-face training programmes to improve people's financial health and capability.
This role requires a teaching or training qualification.
Knowledge of digital and social media learning channels and behavioural science in learning are a priority.
