Plan International UK strives to advance children’s rights and equality for girls all over the world. Working together with children, young people, our supporters and partners, we strive for a just world, tackling the root causes of the challenges facing girls and all vulnerable children. We have been building powerful partnerships for children for over 75 years, and are now active in more than 70 countries.

Our Corporate Partnerships Team is specifically responsible for driving growth from corporate partners. It is a high-growth, exciting and innovative team aiming to deliver £4m this financial year. As Corporate Partnerships Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the shaping and delivery of the team strategy, and implement key projects.

You will develop new relationships, manage key strategic corporate partnerships, and build excellent relationships, strategies and plans to maximise value, in alignment with Plan International UK’s business plan. You will also lead cross-organisational teams, and collaborate with other teams and departments within Plan International.

You will be able to demonstrate skill in managing fast-paced, complex, public-facing partnerships, with an imaginative flair for maximising opportunities and developing new business. Experienced in managing high profile accounts, you will also have previously managed team members and colleagues within a corporate fundraising team and across different organisational functions to maximise corporate partnerships. Knowledge of international development is an advantage but not essential.

The deadline for applications is 9:00am on Monday 4 September 2017

Interviews will take place on Thursday 14 September 2017

Due to the nature of our work with children, we follow rigorous child protection policies and procedures in our recruitment process. As a result, some of our roles are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure by the Disclosure and Barring Service. A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from joining us as an employee or volunteer; this will depend on the circumstances of any offences.
