Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with The Directory of Social Change (DSC) as they look for an outstanding Customer Relationship and Sales Coordinator on a permanent basis. DSC has helped to make thousands of charities stronger by providing training courses, online funding databases, research, conferences and much more. DSC's aim is to support charities in all areas of what they do.
The post holder will personally connect with DSC's customer network, from existing and lapsed customers through to engaging new opportunities. The aim of this is to strengthen relationships, build robust partnerships and develop sales. Working across the customer base they will showcase the portfolio of services and products on offer and also identify opportunities for matching the services to customers' needs. They will manage a monthly pipeline and build DSC as a supplier of choice in the not for profit space, and fulfil the reporting function and KPIs in the process to demonstrate the organisation's success.
The right candidate will be enthusiastic about the work of the sector and motivated by the importance of customer service and the role of ethical sales. With a proven track record of building relationships that improve service and sales they will enjoy working under pressure and with a varied workload. With an excellent approach to communication and great interpersonal skills, including well-honed listening skills, this person will be driven by improving the sector through the DSC's product range.
