INDIVIDUAL GIVING MANAGER
Full Time – 35 Hours per week
Mondays to Fridays 9am to 5pm
Salary up to £30k to £34k per annum (dependent on experience)
Based at The Frances Hay Centre, Banbury

Reporting to the Director of Marketing you will develop and maximise individual giving income, including regular giving, appeals, payroll giving, high value gifts, puppy sponsorship, legacy income and gift aid.

Working with other team managers within the Fundraising Department you will identify opportunities for individual giving recruitment and will work closely with the Communications Manager on social media and digital strategy to develop online giving and engagement.

You will manage the supporter services function, responsible for database management, gift processing and donor stewardship, providing management support and leadership to your team of two staff.   Compliance with fundraising regulations and data protection is a key responsibility for the role.

The role manages the Individual Giving budget, providing monthly expenditure and income forecasts, ensuring available resource is maximised effectively.
