This international development charity are looking for a new digital analyst to come and join their team on a permanent basis. Within this role you will be the expert in delivering actionable insight and date related to the charity's digital assets, to support decision-making, monitoring and evaluations of activities. You will be integral into understanding how their supporters come to their digital platforms, including websites, advertising, social media and apps, to get a better understanding of the improvements that can be made to their digital propositions.
You will be providing detailed reports to stakeholders across the charity, to better understand the "paths of conversion" for their digital assets. You will be owning, maintaining and developing the implementation of new and existing analytical tools for their digital assets, which currently consists of google analytics and google tag manager. Furthermore, you will also be providing training and support users in the basic use of the primary analytical tools.
The ideal postholder will:
- Have a broad understanding of the digital ecosystem, including websites, search, display, social, apps
- Experience in optimising digital platforms
- Have substantial experience of using and implementing web analytic tools
- Be comfortable in working with and analysing data from multiple platforms
