Communications and Marketing Manager
Are you an experienced Communications and Marketing Manager looking for contract roles in the charity sector?
If you are available to commit to four days a week for a period of 12 months, for a homeless charity based in London, this could be the role for you!
This role is a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months and you will be required to work four days a week.
Working closely with the Head of Communications and Marketing, PR and Press Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities including developing and delivering a marketing strategy creating compelling and impactful content. You will use your skills to lead on the website, digital and social media strategy overseeing all aspects of communications channels, in conjunction with growing digital marketing and social media for the organisation. You will oversee the website to ensure content is always interesting and targeted at key audiences, as well as managing budgets and line managing a team.
The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience of creating and implementing successful strategic marketing and communications plans with experience of leading projects to completion. Analytical skills are required for this role. You will be liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders including the fundraising team. Knowledge of digital marketing content, newsletters and social media is essential and you must have proven experience of line managing a team.
