Position: Female Night Time Support Worker 
Location: Wyton, Cambridgeshire 
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time 
Hours: 37.5 per week 
Salary: £7.62 per hour 

About the Role: 

They are looking for a Female staff member to join them at their supported living service in Wyton close to Huntingtdon 

You will provide night time support that is split between 2 individuals who have learning disabilities. 

As part of the role you will be asked to undertake hourly checks to ensure the wellbeing of both individuals and will also be asked to undertake some light cleaning duties. 

At times you may be required to assist with personal care support needs. 

About You: 

You will need to have excellent communication and be able to use a range of skills to support people, and enable them to actively participate in choices about their life. 

For this role you need to be patient, have good sense of humour and be able to support people through good and bad days. They are looking for people who are committed to supporting the people they work with who are honest and reliable and who can be creative and flexible in their approach, enhancing peoples opportunities to grow and develop. 

They always base their support on the specific needs, choices and aspirations of the individual following their principles of person-centred support.
