We are delighted to be working with an inspiring organisation who work with government and public sector organisations to deliver solutions for the public good.
We are looking for someone to provide project support for the Head of Finance and Administration as well as providing support to the Programme Directors and Programme Manager on numerous ongoing and new projects. You will ensure the smooth and effective running of programmes as well as contributing to the financial monitoring such as financial analysis and preparing and issuing invoices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Directors to coordinate contracts, and the tendering process by coordinating relevant documentations as well as helping to prepare submissions. You will process and track information as well as supporting with compliance and data. In addition you will manage the reporting of monthly income and budgets whilst maintaining accurate records.
To be considered for this role it is essential to have proven analytical and numeracy skills with an understanding of planning and process systems within a support function in the charity, private or public sector. Some experience of using finance systems is essential along with advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. This role is ideally suited to someone with project coordination experience with the ability to translate numbers for monitoring and reporting purposes. Educated to degree level or equivalent is desirable.
