Fundraising Product Development Manager
Are you experienced in developing exciting fundraising products? Prospectus is currently working with a national and well known children's charity who are looking for their next Product Development Manager to focus on their fundraising product offerings to church audiences.
Reporting to the Head of Product Development and line managing a Product Development Officer, the Product Development Manager will be responsible for developing fundraising products based on the audience insight from targeted supporter groups, which in this role will be mostly centred around churches. Dealing with representatives from churches, for example Reverends or members of the congregation, the Product Development Manager will develop new and existing products including Christingle campaigns, Mothering Sunday activities, and carol concerts. Though church fundraising products will form the bulk of the Product Development Manager's role, the role will also spend some time working on other, DIY community fundraising products such as bake sales.
The Product Development Manager will be someone with experience in developing products, and preferably working with church audiences, though this is not essential.
