About the role
Our Mass Participation team have developed a number of key fundraising initiatives, aimed at increasing awareness and generating income for the British Heart Foundation, events include Wear It Beat It, Dechox and MyMarathon.
By leading marketing and project planning for multiple events and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to enhance our supporter’s experience, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering new and pre-existing Mass Participation activities that drive both supporter engagement and income to fund BHF’s research projects.
You’ll be at the heart of these ground-breaking projects alongside a dedicated team. Engaging and working with key groups across BHF, including Marketing, Press & PR and Events
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in managing complex projects within budget and to deadline. You will also have an in depth understanding of donor motivations and the ability to work across teams in order to achieve the best outcomes for the BHF.
With great communication skills and a creative mind set you will be able to develop strong working relationships with key internal and external contacts quickly, ensuring an excellent level of customer care is provided to those who take part in our events and our supporters.
