Senior LGBT Children & Young People’s Worker
We are currently recruiting a
Senior LGBT Children & Young People’s Worker to head-up our LGBT Children and Young People’s service.
This is an exciting job opportunity to join a dynamic and committed team in a senior role to lead, develop, support and deliver the activities and services of ELOP’s LGBT Children and Young People’s Service, including the running of weekly clubs, providing LGBT affirmative support, guidance & mentoring, marketing & promotion of services, managing & supervising sessional staff & volunteers, and training & professional development support to those working with children and young people.'
ELOP – is a London based thriving community-led LGBT mental health & wellbeing charity offering a range of support, advice, information, counselling and group support services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities.
N.B. This position is only open to applicants from LGBT communities, under a Genuine Occupational Requirement (Schedule 9, part 1, paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010 applies)
