Team Support Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a division within an international organisation working on projects across a range of sectors from aviation and transport, to supporting the rights of women and young worker's.
Supporting the Head of Department, you will play a pivotal role in arranging international travel across the globe. This will include dealing with complex visa requirements in different countries and ensuring logistics are handled in the required time-frame, thus enabling delegates to attend meetings and conferences. Â Day-to-day duties will include organising and attending meetings, writing up minutes and reports as well as drafting and proof reading documents. Working within a fast-paced and challenging environment you will be responsible for managing logistics, for overseas meetings and events including liaising with delegates and stakeholders. You will also use your CRM and analytical skills to produce reports.
The successful candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at levels.Â It is essential to have previous experience within a support role with a proven track record of organising overseas meetings and the challenges around visa requirements. Some events administration experience is essential as well as minute taking, preparing agendas and papers. Successful candidates will also have knowledge of setting up telephone and video conferencing equipment.
Please note you will have the opportunity for occasional overseas travel once or twice a year.
