ICT Services Manager 

A critical ICT Services Manager role for one of the UK’s leading registered housing associations. 

Our client is a registered housing association providing housing and support primarily for single homeless people. They require a committed and dynamic individual to join the ICT team. 

Position: ICT Services Manager 
Location: London 
Contract type: Permanent 
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £42,843 to £46,651 per annum 
Benefits: 25 days annual holiday + bank holidays (p/t pro rata), life assurance pension scheme and an Employee Assistance Programme

About the Role: 

Our cient currently have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Services Manager to join the ICT team at a time when they are about to expand their ICT Infrastructure and implement the organization’s digital transformation strategy. The key role involves delivering a high quality, effective and efficient ICT service support and delivery to service users and ensure that business objectives and operational needs are met. You will also be actively involved in maintaining and developing the ICT infrastructure for the company, including strategy development, implementation, support and new service introductions. 

With a technically based background, you will be accustomed to providing performance information in order to account for ICT service performance and will strive to improve and build on their current ICT working practices. Taking ownership and accountability, you will lead by example and demonstrate excellent technical knowledge providing a clear and concise working process to ensure that agreed service levels are adhered to at all times. You will manage the ICT support staff and will proactively monitor and meet the needs of the service users 

About You: 

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have line management experience and will be able to build effective service orientated relationships across the business. In addition, you will have a proven track record of professional development, developing staff and team work. You will hold an ITIL qualification (or have the equivalent experience) as well as direct experience of implementing IT service desks along with strong knowledge of working with ITIL framework. 

You may have experience of the following: ICT Services Manager, IT Manager, Information Technology, ITIL, Project Management, Service Delivery, Service Desk, SLA, ICT Infrastructure, Technology Management, etc.
