National Support Advisor based at Epworth House
The National Suppor Advisor is to be the first point of contact via the telephone for our customers responding to calls to action on MHA's new and resale Retirement Living Properties.
To make outbound calls to customers registered on MHA's CRM system to promote interest in new and resale developments
To convert all opportunities into quality appointments and site visits, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service at all times.
