This exciting role involves working as part of the management team in the Home, alongside the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager. The Administration Manager is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support across all aspects of the Home's service. You will also assist the Home Manager in ensuring that the Home is compliant with external regulator requirements as well as meeting all of our internal standards.

Davids House was acquired from Willow Housing and Care in December 2007. It is a purpose-built residential and dementia care home catering for the needs of 30 older people. The home is located in a quiet residential area of Harrow. A recent refurbishment has brought new facilities including a luxurious sitting room, dining room, toilet, kitchenette and activities room.
All 30 fully furnished bedrooms offer en suite facilities and are spread over two floors served by a lift. Specialist bath and shower facilities are available on each floor. There are two lounges on each floor with dining areas that provide a pleasant environment in which to relax, as do the two bright and spacious conservatories which overlook the gardens.
