A historic, research-led health membership charity based in central London are looking for an experienced Systems & Integration Manager to lead on business critical CRM and Website development and support projects. You will play a key role in reshaping the organisation's IT set up. This is a new role and you will manage 1 staff member.

The successful candidate must have:

-Demonstrable evidence of business critical CRM upgrades or implementations - building and implementing customable deliverables (Ideally MS Dynamics)

-Some experience with web site upgrades and basic development (ideally .NET)

-Strong 'people' skills and the ability to manage outsourced relationships and internal stakeholders.

The role will involve:

-The successful candidate will be able to take ownership of the CRM and website and work together with external suppliers and companies and staff to customise and extend the capabilities of the system to enable our work to develop in accordance with the organisation's ambitions. The website will be upgraded to Umbraco 7 to allow more synergy with the website for their subsidiary organisation, which is a separate initiative, and then possibly the upgrade of both sites to Umbraco 8 in the future. The CRM is currently built in Microsoft Dynamics. Some areas will have to be updated or re-written as it is currently not completely fulfilling the specification.

-Upgrading the current website to Umbraco 7

-Developing the website in conjunction with the subsidiary website

-Writing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) linking the website data and CRM together

-Event management module development

-Taking ownership of, and adapting the current CRM development, pending development of alternative solutions/ enhancements

-Leading on the development of new CRM

-Linking the CRM development to the website development

-Working with staff to create custom reports

-General IT governance and support work when required

-Supervision of 1 junior member of staff

Detailed candidate requirements, all of which are strongly desirable:

-At least 3years experience working on Dynamics CRM projects, building and implementing custom technical deliverables (or comparable system to Dynamics)

-software development using Microsoft .NET, C#,

-Strong SQL skills from a development and architecture perspective for both Dynamics implementation and data integration purposes.

-Hands-on experience developing solutions that involve CRM customization to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.

-Experience of integrating external data and systems with the Dynamics platform, through APIs, web services, or SQL staging environments.

-Umbraco CMS Expertise

-.Net MVC experience

-Experience of leading and working with a range of Agile Development practices and methodologies.

-Experience of managing outsourced relationships

-Strong communication skills essential
