Location: Barnet (role covers Barnet, Enfield and Haringey)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £32,326 per annum

About the role:
As Services Manager, based at the new Barnet Dementia Hub, you will oversee all aspects of developing, managing and delivering services within the boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. This will include service budgets, meeting contractual requirements and maintaining external relationships. You will lead a team of fifteen with eight direct reports, as well as a committed group of volunteers.
As a member of the locality leadership team you will play a part in defining and executing the business plan for the locality. You will report to the North West London Operations Manager.
You will have experience of leading a team and supporting personal development, and will use your communication skills to act as an effective and enthusiastic ambassador for the organisation externally. You will be experienced in managing budgets and using Microsoft Office. You will also recognise the value of service user involvement and volunteering.
Alzheimer’s Society has recently launched our bold new strategy ‘Delivering on Dementia’. We will ensure that every person affected by dementia who wants our support, receives our support. As Services Manager you will have the opportunity to influence the way people affected by dementia are supported to improve their quality of life.
