Position: Internal Communication and Engagement Officer (Digital) 
Location: London

Salary: £32,326 per annum (actual)

About the role: 

They’re looking for an exceptional Internal Communication and Engagement Officer to join their team. Working closely with the Internal Communications manager, you’ll play an important role in informing, involving and engaging people with the organisation; enabling them to actively contribute to its success and act as passionate ambassadors for all that they do. 

You’ll be responsible for the on-going creation, tactical development and measurement of the intranet and associated digital channels, creating and advising on content that is engaging, informative and contributes to connecting people across the organisation. You will be an ambassador for effective digital engagement, ensuring the intranet plays a central role in the internal channel network; and is a collaborative space in addition to a key communications channel. Day to day, you will develop and maintain the visual design of the intranet, effective site navigation and engaging site content, as well as coordinating key stakeholders, coaching and developing users, and monitoring the health of the underlying technology with technical support from the IT team. 

About you: 

You'll be a first class communicator with superb writing skills, a great influencer, and have a diplomatic yet determined approach in all your professional relationships. You’ll have a proven track record of advising on effective digital internal communications and engagement approaches; a clear understanding of audience segmentation and tools and tactics to engage with each audience. Experience of working in a business partnering environment would be beneficial.
