About the Roundhouse:
The Roundhouse is a hub of inspiration where artists and emerging talent create extraordinary work and where young people can grow creatively as individuals. We do this because we believe creativity gives us freedom, hope and has the power to transform.
This is an exciting time to join the Roundhouse as we embark on an ambitious new business plan which will deliver more transformative work with 11-30 year-olds over the next 5 years and ensure our charitable work with young people is the primary focus of our brand communications and advocacy themes.
We need a strategic marketer with sound stakeholder engagement skills to champion our work with young people externally and internally, to ensure our charitable activities are communicated in impactful ways, especially in support of our fundraising efforts, and to provide strategic guidance for the development of our future growth plans. You will be passionate about the potential for creativity to transform the lives of young people and want to play a key role in the development of the Roundhouse’s charitable vision.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake one, due to the nature of the role.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,000 to £33,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
