We are seeking a highly confident individual to join our Quality Governance Team, who has the skills and ability to develop, implement and maintain effective incident and complaint management systems and processes across the Cranstoun Group. You will be working with a range of people across Cranstoun services and will take full ownership of both the administrative and reporting functions for incidents and complaints.

You will need to be extremely motivated as you will often be working alone, as well as part of the Quality Governance Team. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to develop a career within quality governance and safety.

It is essential that you have experience of database or data system administration, maintenance and management. In addition, you will be a concise communicator, with the ability to provide clear and fluent reporting information, both in writing and verbally.

You will have excellent attention to detail, combined with effective administration skills and a strong work ethic, so you can meet deadlines and deliver a quality service. Knowledge and experience of working with Datix or an equivalent incident reporting management system would be beneficial.
