My client, a fantastic innovative Not-for-Profit organisation based in London, is currently recruiting a Communications Manager to join the business at a point of exciting period of growth. This role will play a key part in planning, developing and delivering the communications strategy to support one of their key programmes. The role is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
The organisation is going through an exciting period of change at the moment and as communications manager you will take control of internal and external communications activities to help deliver a new programme of transformation for the business. The postholder will deliver first class communications focused on targeted stakeholder groups, delivering content, work with HR to delivering robust internal communications and change communications.
Ideal candidates will display:
- Have a successful track record of delivering and implementing communications strategies
- Have experience of working on a large scale change programme
- Experience working in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience managing/building a communications team
- Internal and external communications experience
