HR Manager (3 days per week)
An opportunity has arisen for an HR Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the HR function within the charity.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will need to have experience of HR processes including recruitment and induction, payroll, annual appraisals and be up to date with employment law and HR best practice.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and will work closely with other managers and staff to advise on HR matters. This is a key role is supporting the growth of this fantastic charity with a very committed and passionate staff team.
