Our client is looking for an HR and Training Administrator to provide support to their small but busy HR and Training team. You will be instrumental in helping them to provide an effective and professional Charity-wide service.

HR and Training Administrator
Full time | 9 month contract
Location: Cheam, Surrey
Salary: Circa £19k

In this role, you will be handling all day-to-day administration, which will include supporting the administration of recruitment, new joiner and leavers’ processes.

You will manage the administration of the Charity’s Health Cash Plan (Simplyhealth), Child Care Voucher scheme, time-recording system and HR database. You will also provide support for training, inductions, and maternity and paternity processes, update employee records, and manage correspondence to staff regarding changes to their terms and conditions.

There will also be the opportunity to attend employee relations meetings to take minutes, as required.

You will have 2-3 years’ experience providing administrative support to a small team, as well as strong communications skills, and the ability to work under pressure both as part of a team and on your own. Our client is particularly looking for someone with an interest in moving their career into HR.
