Community Support Worker
Join our team! Be a Full Time Community Support Worker (37.5 hours per week) with United Response as part of our Community Mental Health Team working out of the Chapel Street Clinic based in Chichester, West Sussex.

Making it happen- Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Community Support Worker (CSW) to join an established United Response Community Support Team. The successful candidate will undergo the Care Certificate training alongside other statutory training.
We welcome people from all walks of life to apply for a job with us. To be a great CSW an NVQ Level 3 in Social Care would be desirable but not essential. A good understanding of mental health and prior experience of community mental health work would be an advantage. You must be able to lone work, be able to manage your own case load and hold a full clean driving license with use of a vehicle for work. You should have good communication skills and be able to treat people with dignity and respect.
