Individual Giving Manager

Are you looking to expand your individual giving experience with an established and well supported fundraising and marketing team? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to make a difference to this pioneering charity, to cover a maternity leave over a 12 month contract.
Currently managing two direct reports, the Individual Giving Manager will lead on the development and delivery of direct marketing campaigns, partnering with leading third party agencies and an excellent donor support function. You will work closely with the UK-wide fundraising team to deliver against ambitious income targets and with an innovative and thoroughly engaged Board of Trustees. The postholder will also be responsible for growing the income from active and lapsed individual donors, supporting the team to deliver various fundraising initiatives in these areas.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of individual giving in a fundraising environment. Confident at managing budgets, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and line managing an established team, you will thrive on working in a fast paced and high pressured environment.
