We currently deliver specialist legal advice across five categories of law (Housing, Welfare Benefits, Money Advice [Debt], Community Care and Immigration/ Asylum). We are also able to provide advice on a range of other subjects such as Employment, Family, Relationships and Consumer.

We provide our advice via multiple access points, including face-to-face, telephone and webchat.

We can assist clients with a full range of services, from filling in a form to Judicial Review in almost any area of Social Welfare law.

We are currently seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team of advisers, focusing on delivery of housing advice, working 24 hours per week over a minimum of 3 days.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling a caseload of clients to ensure deadlines are met, while delivering advice via face-to-face, telephones and webchat.

We are seeking applications from experienced housing advisers OR individuals who have delivered advice in another sector/subject, who have transferrable skills and who we can train in Housing law.
