Supporter Care & Database Manager
Working within the Fundraising, Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of supporter care and income processing functions across all voluntary income streams, and play the leading role in the Salesforce CRM system development, implementation and training within the team.
You will provide support to the Marketing & Communications and Fundraising Managers to develop database reports, analysis & use targeting to increase the effectiveness of fundraising and communications activities
You will have excellent communication skills and a sound working knowledge and significant experience of income processing and supporter care function within a fundraising team.
You will be organised and be able to juggle competing priorities, often under time pressure and be a strong leader with excellent people management skills.
