Community Fundraising Manager
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly innovative person to join us as our Community Fundraising Manager. Leading and motivating the Fundraising team, you will implement and deliver our community fundraising strategy in order to annually grow our fundraised income.
You will take responsibility for fundraising targets through proactively securing and managing community fundraising partnerships and developing an annual programme of fundraising events, representing Guild Care at all times with the utmost professionalism.
You will need to recruit and manage staff, fundraising groups, supporters and volunteers, to maximise Guild Care’s ability to raise funds for our charitable services.
You will need previous experience of successful community fundraising and working with and developing a staff and volunteer fundraising team. A fundraising, communications or marketing qualification is desirable.
