You will be responsible for supporting older people to live their daily lives to the full, assisting with their physical and personal needs to enhance each individual's well-being.

We are seeking someone to meet the care and support needs of service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. To help maintain in the Scheme an atmosphere and practice of care based on the Values of MHA deriving from a concern for the individual ad mutual respect between service users and staff.

We are seeking someone who is able to work within a team, also work independently in providing outstanding care services from independent living to end of life care. The ideal candidate will make a positive contribution to the team, and a service that will benefit older people who live independently and will play an essential role in delivering all aspects of our excellent service to residents. The ideal candidate will be able to provide person centred care whilst delivering excellent customers services in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.

We require an excellent communicator with supervisory experience to lead and motivate the staff team. Your people skills will also ensure positive relationships with residents and relatives as well as external agencies.
