Position: Individual Giving Manager 
Location: Bristol - Office 
Role type: Fixed term contract (1 year depending on start date) 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: c. £33,800 per annum 
Benefits: Generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme and season ticket loan.

About the Role: 
As Individual Giving Manager you will be pivotal in implementing our Individual Giving programme. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing plans to show how strategy will be delivered, making decisions on creative approaches and identifying and implementing new communications for delivering growth. The post holder will be an analytical, proactive manager who is able to engage and influence effectively at all levels.

Are you a manager who can develop a team implementing a range of communications and donor journeys, who can work across the organisation and identify new fundraising trends and opportunities? If so then this role is for you.
