We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our busy Research Funds Team. You will have responsibility for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Joint Heads of Research Funds and the wider Directorate. You'll provide general administrative support including organising meetings, minute taking and booking travel, assist with the administration of our grant committees and help carry out the weekly payment process.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised team player with a can-do approach.
With excellent communication and team building skills you will establish strong working relationships with key workers. You’ll have strong organisation and attention to detail with excellent IT, numeracy and literacy skills and ideally your background will be in a similar administrative role.
