Project Manager (Construction and Refurbishment Team) – Two Posts 
40 Hours per week 
Up to C£29k per annum* plus benefits

Working within their Construction and Refurbishment Team, you will be delivering major investment programmes such as kitchen and bathroom modernisations and cyclical maintenance works. You will establish and manage of a site workforce capable of constructing the Commercial Services product in a safe and diligent manner, to the highest possible standard, on time and on budget.  
You will be responsible for, but not limited to: 
Organising and delivering excellent quality works.
Ensuring excellent on-site quality control and health and safety performance for each project.
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Ensuring productivity targets are achieved and continuous improvements are made in securing value for money services.
Assisting staff to meet their potential through regular, documented one to one meetings, appraisals, coaching appropriate training & mentoring.
To be considered for the above roles you will amongst other things:
Have demonstrated competency in the areas of estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and health and safety management.
Have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Have excellent planning and programming skills.
Have a qualification in Building Construction at HNC or degree level or demonstrable experience equivalent to degree qualification.
Hold a relevant H&S qualification, i.e. SMSTS

Closing date is 3rd July 2017, interviews to be held on 11th July 2017. 
*This is a full-time post (40 hours), Starting salary for the role will be dependent on qualification and experience and will be up to C£29K. Incremental progression will be available on a two-yearly basis, subject to satisfactory performance. Currently the top of the grade is C32K.
