CRM Business Analyst
Blackbaud CRM (otherwise known as ‘Enterprise’) enables us to manage all aspects of our clients, volunteers, supporters, donors and other key relationships through one application. This allows Breast Cancer Care to deliver improved services to people affected by breast cancer and increase organisational efficiency.
This position will play an important role to improve the pace of the implementation and development of Enterprise. You will be the responsible for translating business needs into Enterprise deliverables. You will be required to gather requirements, to map processes and to become a functional expert of Enterprise to optimize solution for users.
You will act as the liaison between CRM and Supporter Services team and Enterprise users. You will analyse and dispatch properly the issues raised. You will coordinate the Super Users team, including their training, to ensure the final users receive the best support. This will include to ensure the require documentation such as procedure guides are updated and accessible.
Other very important area will be to improve reporting across the organisation. The post holder will be responsible to ensure the use of Enterprise capabilities by understanding the needs and configuring the required ad-hoc queries, smart queries and reports.
The final area will be to work closely with the Database Architect on the roadmap for development of the database, supporting business analysis and delivery planning.
The role requires someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, along with the ability to translate business needs into deliverables. Strong business analysis skills, functional CRM and reporting tools knowledge, great relationship management attributes and the ability to support and coordinate the super user team are vital. A good knowledge of data protection and regulatory frameworks will be an advantage.
