Our client, a global think tank are looking for a Project Assistant to provide effective support in the lead up to a high profile event. This is a perfect opportunity for somebody looking for an immersive role within a charity whose work will impact projects on an international scale. This unique role is offered for 18 months within an experienced and dedicated team.
Supporting the Project Director you will be involved across the spectrum for this celebrious event, providing logistical and event management assistance where required. They will be responsible for a range of communicative tasks, preparing print and digital correspondence as well as utilising social media to support project aims. The Project Assistant will also play a pivotal role in maintaining flourishing global partnerships.
To succeed within this position you will be highly organised, efficient and a motivated self-starter with a prominent 'can do attitude'. This person will be IT and web-literate and possess a diverse range of experience, especially within communications. They will also have a demonstrable understanding of social media and digital audiences.
This person must also be willing to travel overseas for short periods of time, however experience of working internationally is not required.
