As a Helpline Support Officer you will offer person-centred emotional support to people living with MS and provide enquirers with information regarding all aspects of life with MS. Reporting to the Senior Helpline Support Officer, you will also create accurate and timely records of enquiries using the software provided.
You will be joining the organisation at an exciting stage of its development and this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly team.
