As part of our new strategic plan we are seeking to build on this platform of experience and develop a wider portfolio of evidence based accredited early years programmes for volunteer led family support. We are looking for a Programme Lead to lead this new strategic development and develop a new portfolio of programmes.

Early Years Programme Lead (LENA Project)
Location: based in Leicester or home-based
£40,000 per annum
36 hours per week

Home-Start is a federated network of local organisations which provide community based support for families and children. Over the past four decades Home-Start has supported over a million children and has become one of the leading family support charities across the UK.

The successful candidate will be an experienced strategic programme leader able to work with multi-disciplinary experts and professionals in the delivery of a range of early years projects. You will have a track record of taking projects to scale with an underpinning business model which ensures sustainability. A commitment to working to improve the lives of children, families and volunteers is also key and will be demonstrated by an ability to communicate with passion and commitment to a range of audiences.

This post can be based at our Home-Start UK office in Leicester or home-based.
