Our client is looking for a Supporter Service Manager to help them deliver best in sector supporter care to ensure their members, donors and all other supporters have the best possible experience.

37.5 hours per week
£34,550 per annum
Our client is a conservation charity that protects wetlands for wildlife and people. For 70 years they have been pioneers in saving threatened wetland wildlife across the globe and are experts in wetland management and creation. They work with communities living among some of the most vulnerable wetlands in the world, providing leadership and influence to create a sustainable future for their wetlands, their wildlife and the people who depend upon them. They believe that showing people first-hand how extraordinary wetlands are can ignite their passion to help them conserve them, so they provide amazing experiences at their unique UK wetland centres for over one million visitors every year.
To join this busy and friendly team, you’ll have experience of working in a customer or supporter service and administration environment, leading, managing and motivating a team to deliver great service. You’ll know your way around a database or two, have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and accurately with great attention to detail.
