Corporate Services Intern

Location: Haywards Heath, UK

Salary: £15,015 per annum

Sightsavers is seeking a customer focused individual with strong work ethics to join our Corporate Services team supporting teams across the organisation both within the UK and in country offices across the globe.

You will be responsible for providing an efficient service in a range of tasks including UK premises, accounts payable, logistics, HR Operations, service delivery management and travel coordination. This is a great opportunity to work closely with various areas of an organisation.

The successful candidate must have a flexible and multi-disciplined attitude with a keen desire to develop. You will have strong customer service skills as well as be proficient using Microsoft applications. Essentially you will also be organised and have excellent administrative skills.

Sightsavers is seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join the Corporate Services team working and supporting across the organisation both here in the UK office and remotely to country offices in Africa, South Asia and Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a flexible and multi-disciplinary range of services to the organisation, its supporters, employees and suppliers. Corporate Services Interns have the opportunity to support a variety of teams including procurement, travel coordination, finance and HR operations. They will also provide a functional and efficient UK premises for staff and visitors.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, administrative skills and a customer service approach. Training and development opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate.
