Working closely with our Luton Access partners in the new town centre Community House, we have a ruthless focus on delivering the very best quality advice service to our clients, using innovative, integrated approaches that enable us to deliver better outcomes more quickly and to higher standards.

We are now recruiting for the challenging but rewarding role of Chief Executive.

Reporting to the Chair and Trustees you will be responsible for further developing our service to meet ever increasing demands, while maintaining the very best levels of service delivery quality within budget constraints.

Our team of staff and volunteers expect leadership of the highest quality. The Board will look to you for excellent strategic insight and advice, and you will optimise our client facing service through our relationships with funders, stakeholders and other local agencies, plus of course PR activities.
