Are you an experienced HR Business Partner available for interim employment?

Our client located next to a waterside location in Central London are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to work as a strategic partner to manage a broad range of generalist HR and employee relation issues.

Please note this is an Interim post for a period of three months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a broad range of generalist HR and employee relations services including drafting and reviewing HR policies and procedures, advise and manage a high volume of complex employee relations cases as well as running regular training and coaching sessions. There will also be the opportunity to undertake HR projects and initiatives across the charity including attending meetings relating to relating to procedure and record proceedings.

This position requires you to have specific experience within a generalist HR environment including managing complex employment issues, It is also essential to have demonstrable experience of working strategically with managers with a proven track record in delivering change. The ideal candidate will have extensive working knowledge of employment law accompanied with excellent analytical and written skills. You must also be a fully qualified CIPD member or possess a significant equivalent experience of HR issues.
