Executive Assistant 

An exciting opportunity to support the CEO of a leading professional member organisation and charity. 

Job title: Executive Assistant 
Location: London, W10 
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. The nature of the work is such that employees are be required from time to time to work outside the hours stated or from locations outside the UK 
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum 
Contract type: Full time, permanent

About the role: 

The main purpose of this role is to enhance the CEO’s effectiveness by providing appropriate information, support and by representing the CEO where appropriate. You will provide support to the CEO to develop the Society’s activities and projects in line with the strategic plan. 

The post-holder will act as a first point of contact with the Society, whilst providing administrative support to the CEO. You will also be required to support the Society’s Board and committees. 

About you: 

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a similar role. Experience of diary management scheduling and meeting organisation is essential, as is possessing demonstrable experience of working with Boards or Committees. Solid knowledge and experience of office administration processes are necessary, as are excellent Microsoft Office skills. 

Exceptional organisational skills are required, together with ability to manage multiple projects on a timely basis. Strong communication skills are also essential, as is the ability to write reports and to proof read when necessary. You must also be an approachable, well organised and diplomatic individual. 

You may have experience of the following: PA, Executive Assistant, Administration, Project Support, Personal Assistant, EA, Corporate Secretary, Administrative Support, Customer Service etc
